These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Alexandrine Painters website at alexandrinepainters.com (the "Site") and any related online services, including lead/contact forms, customer photo uploads, and online signing of estimates, contracts, and change orders. By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Alexandrine Painters is a residential painting company based in Los Angeles, California. Painting services are governed by the separate written Contract you sign for your project, not by this website's Terms.

Any pricing shown on the Site is for general information only. A binding price is established only by a written Estimate or Contract issued by Alexandrine Painters. Estimates are typically valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

When you sign a contract or change order through the Site, you are entering into a legally binding agreement. We record the signer's name, the time of signing, and basic technical information (IP address and browser/device) as audit data. You confirm that the person signing has authority to bind the customer named in the document.

You agree to provide accurate contact and project information, reasonable access to the property on scheduled work days, and to remove or protect personal belongings as described in your Contract.

When you upload photos or other materials, you confirm you have the right to share them and grant Alexandrine Painters a limited license to use them solely to plan, perform, and document your project. We will not publish your photos publicly without your permission.

Payment terms (deposit, progress payments, final balance) are set out in your signed Contract. Late or unpaid balances may accrue charges as described in your Contract and applicable California law.

Workmanship warranty terms are stated in your signed Contract. Manufacturer paint warranties (when applicable) are governed by the paint manufacturer.

You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt unauthorized access, upload harmful files, scrape data, or interfere with normal operation. We may suspend access to anyone abusing the Site.

The Site, its content, logos, photography, and branding are owned by Alexandrine Painters or our licensors and are protected by U.S. copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce or use them without permission.

The Site uses third-party providers for hosting, database, email delivery, and document storage. Their availability and performance can affect the Site. We are not responsible for outages or issues caused by third parties.

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Site will be error-free or uninterrupted. Painting services are warranted only as stated in your signed Contract.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alexandrine Painters is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). This does not limit our obligations under any signed Contract for painting services.

You agree to indemnify and hold Alexandrine Painters harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective" date above will be updated when we do. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
